Service Policies

At Miracles Cleaning Service, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, detailed cleaning services. The following policies help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and our company.

📅 Scheduling & Arrival

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Because homes vary in size and condition, we operate with an arrival window of 2-4 hours.

If delays occur due to previous jobs or traffic, clients will be notified.

💳 Payment Policy

Payment is due on the same day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash

• Zelle

• Cash App

• Apple Pay

• Online deposit payment (for booking)

A deposit may be required to secure your cleaning appointment. Deposits can be made online at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of service.

Any outstanding balances must be cleared before the next scheduled cleaning appointment. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in cancellation of future services.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service price.

🧽 First-Time Cleanings

Most first-time clients require a Deep Cleaning before transitioning to maintenance cleaning.

This allows Miracles Cleaning Service to bring the home to our standard.

⏳ Time-Based Cleaning

Cleaning services are based on time and scope of work, not perfection.

Homes with heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or large square footage may require additional time or additional visits.

🏠 Home Preparation

To help ensure the best results, clients are encouraged to:

• Pick up personal items

• Clear countertops when possible

• Secure fragile items

• Secure pets if necessary

Excessive clutter may limit areas that can be cleaned.

🪑 Furniture & Heavy Items

For safety reasons, Miracles Cleaning Service does not move heavy furniture or appliances.

We will clean around and underneath reachable areas.

⭐ Quality Assurance

If any area was unintentionally missed, please notify us within 24 hours of service.

We will gladly return to address the concern within a reasonable scope.

Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will always aim to make things right.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

Miracles Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Conditions are unsafe

• The home contains hazardous materials

• There is disrespectful communication

Miracles Cleaning Service

At Miracles Cleaning Service, we absolutely love meeting our clients’ furry family members! Occasionally, we may feature a “Pet of the Day” on our social media to highlight the wonderful pets we meet while working in our community.

Before sharing any photos, we always ask for client permission.

Client Consent

By giving permission, you allow Miracles Cleaning Service to:

• Take photos of your pet during service

• Share the photo on our social media pages

• Feature your pet as “Pet of the Day”

Your pet’s name may be shared, but no personal address or private information will ever be posted.
